About our Wholesome Ingredients

Turkey & Turkey Meal:
Like chicken, turkey and turkey meal are great sources of lean, highly digestible protein that help dogs build muscle. Turkey is a great option for dogs with food sensitivities or allergies to chicken and other alternative proteins.

Peas, Lentils and Chickpeas:
These “legumes” are excellent sources of energy and protein that have a low glycemic index and do not cause blood glucose (sugar) levels to spike right after ingestion. The reason to have more than one is that a dog’s system is likely to digest a variety of these legumes more efficiently than it would if there were only one or two of them.

Canola Oil:
Canola Oil is an excellent source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and is low in fat and is used in formulas that are 100% free of chicken products

Tapioca:
Tapioca, which is derived from the cassava plant, provides a healthy, non-GMO and gluten free source of energy for your dog.  It is low in cholesterol and unhealthy fats and is a good source of iron and calcium.

Flaxseed:
Flaxseed is a good source of Omega-6 and Omega-3 essential fatty acids, which produce a soft, luxuriant coat.

Suncured Alfalfa Meal:
Alfalfa, a legume and member of the pe
